A day in my work life

I work at UNT and meet with students, sometimes at UNT, sometimes at college fairs, at their community college or other locations... I meet with student groups...

I meet with administration of other colleges...

I attend open houses for transfer students. Here I am with Sharon Moore or the new Tarrant County Community College Trinity River Transfer Center...

I meet with UNT people, like Melissa McGuire of UNT...

As well as other UNT administrators, Myra Hafer, director...

Myra said, "can you believe this is our job, we get paid to do this!" and I said, "Yeah, this is pretty cool!"

No two days are alike for me, I go different places and meet new people every day. Where ever I go I am warmly welcomed, sometimes I give a presentation and materials. I always give out my business card, or trade cards with others. There's usually a good spread of food, most of which I avoid, but this is a fun job and somebody's gotta do it, so it might as well be me!!!!
