On Sunday I went to St Thomas Aquinas Catholic church in Dallas, TX. The singles group there was having a fund raiser as well as a Christmas party. It went well but too many people brought too many sweets and left without taking them home with them. I was on the clean up committee and it seemed like a waste to throw away so much food.
So I was talking to some of the gals, telling them that I am going to St Joseph's retirement village in the morning because I do water therapy with the seniors there... and they suggested I take them some of the left over sweets...
So this morning I brought plates of goodies for the seniors and the workers...
They really enjoyed it!
