I DID IT!

I graduated! My son, Tom, and daughter, Tina, came with me to the ceremony and party afterward. The ceremony was elegant but perhaps too long. My party afterwards included a band, food and cash bar.

I enjoyed seeing everyone! but I did not get photos of everyone who came... Erynn brought the twins, Hadley and Sean, but Pat was out of town. Julie sat with Erynn during the ceremony. They were well behaved and adorable, as per usual.

Steve and Anna came too. Anna was so loud when I was on the stage that another family asked her to cheer for their graduate when he came on stage. Though the whole experience went by really fast for me, I did hear that shout out - thanks Anna!

Chris, Consuelo and Kim cheered me on too, they sat with Tom and Tina.

It was a cold and rainy night and I was surprised that so many made it to my graduation! Julie came but I didn't get a photo and Kathi (also no photo) came all the way from south Irving! My camera ran out of battery. I didn't get to see Jeff nor Mickey before they left. I wish Dr J could've made it but he was in Chicago. I hope everyone had a good time.

I am home to a surprise too - some friends put up Christmas decorations on my house and a poster on my door saying "Welcome home Dr Murphy!"

And a big thanks to my friends out of state who sent cards and gifts! There's not enough room to list it all! WOW!
